Before we start writing, we wanted to make up a story to keep you awake during all the following lines. Shortly, we've realized that it doesn't make any sense because this story already exists. It started three years ago and we keep listening to it each and every summer. It is always a different one, always surprising, sometimes controversial, sometimes overwhelming, but always fascinating! And even if the actors change from once in a while, the characters stay the same and it is due to their work that the story goes on ... ! And WE THANK to all those who keep the story alive, in a distinct interpretation, at B'ESTFEST!

Taking place in 2009 in the early days of July, the B'ESTFEST`s third edition redrew the overseas public`s attention by it being nominated for the most prestigious awards in the industry, UK Festival Awards! The awards will be presented on November 19th in London, during a ceremony that will be gathering the most renowned figures from all over the world, involved in the festivals` organisation.

After being nominated in 2008 at the Best European Festival Awards for ''The Best European Festival'', 2009 also found B'ESTFEST amongst the best European festivals, thus submitting it on the nominees list for the ''Best Overseas Festival'', at the coveted UK Festival Awards. The B'ESTFEST's funniest pictures contest has come to an end! Thanks a lot for all the photos that you sent: we enjoy the fact that you attended B'ESTFEST, you had a very good time and you clearly showed this in all your pictures! In the few past days we made a selection from all the photos we received and we chose the funniest ones. These can be seen below and voted on the forum (one time only!).
