After he counted itself amongst the finalists of Great Britain`s events industry`s Oscars - UK Festival Awards, BESTFEST 2009 gained another nomination, this time for the ''Best Medium Festival'' category within the prestigious European Festival Awards! A big thank you to everyone who voted for B'ESTFEST at the UK FESTIVAL AWARDS' Best Overseas Festival category this year! The ballots are being counted and the winners will be announced on 19 November at the IndigO2 in London!

After the first voting session ended, B`ESTFEST acceded into the UK Festival Awards finals, the most prestigious awards of festivals industry in the world, placing itself amongst the best rated European events of its kind! The final stage of the competition will last until November 4th, as each category`s final winners are going to be announced on November 19th.

Due to the numbers of votes obtained in the first stage of the UK Festival Awards, the festivals' ''Oscar'' ceremony, B`ESTFEST has entered into the finals for the ''Best Overseas Festivals''.
