Formed in 1970, in Birmingham, UK, Judas Priest (Glenn Tipton - guitar, K.K.Downing - guitar, Ian Hill - bass, Scott Travis - drums and Rob Halford - vocals) has released so far 15 studio albums, 4 live albums and numerous best-of collections, and has been cited as an influence on many heavy metal musicians and bands. Not only the quality of their compositions made them famous, but also their image: the leather costumes with spikes and Rob Halford's Harley Davisdon motorcycle brought more excitement in their shows, making Judas Priest an excellent live band!
This year, Judas Priest fans will have the chance to see their favourite band in Bucharest, on 11th of July, at B'ESTFEST AFTERSHOCK! Produced by Emag!c Entertainment, B'ESTFEST 2008 will take place open-air, on Romexpo grounds, on 4, 5, 6, and 11 July - B'ESTFEST AFTERSHOCK. Along Judas Priest, the line-up so far includes Nelly Furtado, Kaiser Chiefs and Roisin Murphy.
