The Mood is a young talented band from Bucharest, Romania and their style is alternative rock.
In short, The MOOoD is:
• Bogdan Spirea : drums, backing vocals
• Marius Moise: lead singer
• Mircea Voloh: guitar
• Virgil Chitu: bass
The current line-up of the band was completed in May of 2006 and their first concert was in October of the same year. During their (admittedly rather short) time playing around the country, The Mood played on the same stage with some of the most relevant established underground bands in Romania: Omul cu Sobolani, Kumm, Luna Amara, Timpuri Noi. Their concerts have steadily grown in size, culminating with the participation at the Kumm 10 year anniversary concert at the Romanian Opera.
The Mood also appeared in national-level publications like Jurnalul National, Evenimentul Zilei, Compact, Republik and Omagiu (the last two are glossy music magazines) and given interviews for Utv and TVR2 (Romanian music televisions).
In present, they're objective is to expand their area of concerts, to grow their number of fans and finally to record their firs album.
