Wisdom - Istvan Nachladal (vocal), Peter Kern (drums), Gabor Kovacs si Zsolt Galambos (guitar) si Mate Molnar (bass) - was formed in the fall of 2001 with the goal of bringing back the good old days when a rock-concert was looked forward to as a real big experience. After only two years, the band was honored with the opportunity to give a concert before Iron Maiden. They have also been given the chance to share the stage with several other foreign bands later on; among them were U.D.O., Saxon, Doro, Dionysus and Europe. As time goes by, Wisdom becomes one of the most solicited bands for concerts and national festivals. In 2006 Hammer World Magazine made them the “Trust of the Year”; furthermore, the readers placed Wisdom on the list of their favorite ten bands. In November 2006, they released their first album called “Words of Wisdom”, and a year later the band came on the market with a new material: “At the Gates”. |
