Famous guitar player Ross The Boss met Joey DeMaio in 1980, and together formed Manowar. He recorded six albums and performed on many tours with Manowar, before leaving in 1988. After breaking up with Manowar, Ross the Boss got involved in a series of side projects with The Dictators (his first band), Albert Bouchard, JP Patterson and The Thunderbolts, The RTB Band (his new band). In 2005, at Earthshaker Festival, Ross The Boss got on stage for a performance alongside his ex-colleagues from Manowar.
